A circular economy is an economic system of closed loops in which raw materials, components and products lose their value as little as possible, renewable energy sources are used and systems thinking is at the core.

In A circular economy often focus on the use of raw materials or on system change, follow the 3-R approach:

  • Reduce (minimum use of raw materials)
  • Reuse (maximum reuse of products and components)
  • Recycle (high quality reuse of raw materials)

Circular economy has become a trend of countries, especially when the world's natural resources are increasingly depleted, helping to solve the problem between economic and environmental benefits. Circular economy is an economic model in which the goal is to extend the life of materials, eliminating negative impacts on the environment. Vietnam is trying to develop its economy in a sustainable way, minimizing adverse impacts on the environment, and the circular economy is a model of concern and development orientation.

In line with this vision for a Circular Economy, the tyre industry has been pioneering for decades.

The recycling of tyres is recognized for its success with over 95% collection rate and a 62% material recovery rate. With regulatory and market imperfections addressed, this could be significantly increased. (according to European Tyres and Rubber).

At Long Long, we solve a huge number of old/waste truck tires to recycled rubber crumbs/granules which are main material to produce RECLAIMED RUBBER - an eco-friendly product - used to produce rubber products for example: shoe shoe, technical  rubber, tyres and tube…

Long Long rubber recycling is the first waste tire recycling factory in Vietnam. With the mission of reducing waste - recycling - renewable, Long Long always focuses on the task of recycling to produce high quality products, committed to environmental and social responsibility
