Long Long is handling all tire reclaimed rubber process with 2 factories, we’re collecting/solving old/waste truck tires-shred – grind to recycled rubber crumb/granules and produce reclaimed rubber.
I-PRODUCTION PROCESS
Tire reclaimed rubber process start with the main material recycled rubber. Our 1st factory is located in Vinh Phuc invested with advanced technology from European to grind waste tire, take all metal/steel/textile to ensure the purity of crumbs.
These rubber crumbs are the input material for the 2nd factory to produce reclaimed rubber. We welcome all business partners to come and work with us at both factories to view our tire reclaimed rubber process.
II-SPECIFICATION
We can produce from medium to fine grade with tensile strength is from 9MPa to 12MPa, kindly contact our customer service team for further consultation and send us your request.
III- APPLICATIONS
Nowadays, whole tire reclaimed rubber mostly used in conveyor belt, rubber mat/sheet, shoe sole, tire production to reduce cost and protect the environment.
