Rubber crumbs/powder will be the main material to produce high quality reclaimed rubber at the second factory in Soc Son, Hanoi. Our factories invested with advanced technology from Europe and we’re handling a full process, control the input material to finished products.

Whole tire reclaimed rubber are 100% recycled from old/waste truck tires and popular used in tire, tube, belt, rubber product manufacture as an eco-friendly raw material which help to reduce cost.

The percentage of whole tire reclaimed rubber used in production depends on quality, formula and your products:

Speed bump, cheap rubber products can use from 80% to 100%.

Shoe soles can use around 10% to 60%.

Tire tube can use 10% to 30%
